What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 2PM. RV and tent check-in is 2PM–7PM. Check-out is 11AM.
Do cabins have running water?
No. Cabins do not have water. Restrooms and showers are in a separate building.
What’s included in the cabins?
Bed, dorm-size fridge, microwave, smart TV. Bedding is provided for the main bed only. Bring towels and utensils.
What’s included in the trailer rentals?
Hot/cold water, shower, bathroom, fridge, stove, pots/pans, silverware. Linens provided for the main bed. Bring your own towels.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in RV and tent sites only. No pets in cabins or rental trailers.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available.
Are showers included?
Yes. We offer free hot showers
Can day visitors use the pool?
Pool use is for registered overnight guests only.
What is your cancellation policy?
No refunds within 2 weeks of arrival, no refunds for early departures, $25 service charge on cancellations, and no refunds on holiday weekends.
Do you sell firewood? Can I bring my own?
Firewood is for sale at the office. Outside firewood is not allowed per Massachusetts law.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, on the full daily rate only. It can’t be combined with weekly or monthly discounts.
